Residential Curbside Trash Pickup
J & J Disposal proudly offers household trash pickup. Trash should be properly bagged and/or contained and kept reasonable. Trash cans should weigh no more than 70 lbs per can. Please refer to our trash pickup schedule to ensure your trash is picked up on time. It is recommended for your garbage to be out on the curb by 6 AM.
We are not able to pickup the following items:
- Batteries
- Dirt, concrete, cement, blocks, and bricks
- Liquid waste (paint, oil, pesticides, chemicals)
- Propane or gas tanks
- Tires
- *Yard waste (branches, leaves, grass clippings)
- Construction debris
- Appliances (refridgerators, washers, dryers)
- Heavy, thick steel or metals
- Remodeling / construction materials
- Human waste of any kind
One large item such as a mattress, couch, loveseat, or chair is free per month. Furniture motors, bed couch frames, and/or heavy steel frames would need to be removed first. Please call our office (810-417-1275) for special pickup for anything more than one large item or extra large stops for an additional charge.
Seniors limit up to 5 normal size kitchen bags (extra bags can be prepaid for before the day of pickup). Up to 10 normal size kitchen bags with normal rate (extra bags can be prepaid for before the day of pickup).

Commercial & Residential Dumpsters
J & J Disposal offers 2, 4, & 6 yard dumpsters for commercial or residential use subject to availability. A 6-month contract is required for a dumpster with a 3-month down payment, although we would prefer a service length of one year. Dumpsters are emptied once a week unless arrangements are made in advance.
We are not able to pickup the following items:
